I had a fantastic time at Comics Forum conference in Leeds on Friday - met some lovely and incredibly talented people and had some fascinating discussions about our project.
Most people who attend the conference create comics and they all read a lot of comics! So it was gratifying that several people commented on how impressed they were with the sophisticated ideas our participants expressed within their comics - especially as they had no background in graphic narratives. Further evidence of the potential power of this approach!
